Rechecking for 100% crit: (1.36 + 1.65) / (1.46 + 1.65) = 0.9678 => 3.22% DPS loss.
Check for %STR: 100% base + 275% + 16% => 3.91 / 3.75 = 1.0426 => 4.26% DPS increase.
Check for WA: ((9 - 2) + 972)/972 = 1.0072% => 0.72% increase in DPS (will be lower with buffs).
You're good to go.
