Well I have already suggested some kind of 'report box' for emergency situations, two weeks ago. I do agree that it's somewhat awkward for a company to utulize the PM system from a fan-site. Then again, Nexon has always had good relations with Southperry.
I am still hoping for a kind of report system on the official website though, we'll see if that ever happens. Nexon is looking to improve communications so I hope this is one of them.
We are volunteers for a reason. Nexon has never encouraged me to come here and use the fansite for report purposes. I do this on my own initiative because I like to be more involved and do my best in assisting Nexon.
