I have basically nothing else to add to this discussion. I'm no expert either.

1. Current stats before MW (all 3 stats, including the base and bonus stats stated explicitly).
2. All sources of %stat and %all (good luck with this).
3. Current WA before any buff.
4. Current WA after one WA buff (e.g. circuit surge).

1. 2609 STR (330 base), 2629 DEX (330 base), 3192 LUK (391 base). No MW at 20 energy.
2. 16% STR, 20% DEX, 53% LUK, 44% ALL. No MW, counted 20% all from 20 energy.
