I see a character card expansion CS item. Did they have these before, or are they new? (For anyone who might happen to play CMS(T))

Sorry, I meant 137atk, and no, the weapons (generally) have levels, it's just this specific weapon, the knuckle, that doesn't, it just starts out at the stats it would have if it was fully leveled.
