It's 61 atk, and then I was thinking just how OP the levels would be for a Katara, and then I discovered that the Katara has different level up stats vs the other weapon.
Level 1: +100 HP, + 4 ATK
Level 2: +100 HP, + 5 ATK
Level 3: +100 HP, + 5 ATK
Level 4: +100 HP, + 5 ATK, +10% Ignore DEF
Level 5: +100 HP, + 6 ATK, +30% Boss Damage

Wait... WHAT THE EFF??? Can you reconfirm the levels for all other weapons? I know you said that the equipment has +17All in total once it hits level 5, but... ok if something like this is the case for all other Vortex weapons then it surpasses Fafnir-level weapons, and certainly surpasses Empress weapons. The levelled stats more or less obey level-scaling.
