I'm not poor or unfunded and I can't beat gollux... at least, 120% bossing, 140% ignore pdr, 100k range should not be considered unfunded. Obviously it's not as good as having a 2mil range and 200%+ of each, but it's still better than the majority of players will ever have.


That Hard can be beaten by a handful of classes when they have good funding doesn't make it a reasonable source of items. Especially the ones that can be bought once...

I'm totally ok with it being faster for people who clear hard to get the items (@25 coins per kill instead of 3) but just cutting out lower funded players makes the existence of the boss mostly pointless. Like, great, now the people who already have tyrant equips better than gollux's stuff can beat gollux.
