Phantom Blow doesn't have enough vertical range to hit it unless I jump, and he seems to use the reverse controls/bomb skill often enough that if I jump attack, I'll end up jumping down and getting OHKO'd with the Demon Cry attack... I can hit it with Blade Fury, but it seems like if I stay too close to the middle (as in, if I'm close enough for any of my skills to actually hit him), he attacks and kills me. The only videos I've seen are of ranged classes (Xenon, Luminous, Evan, Marksman Bryan;), and they don't seem to get hit by anything standing at the very corner of the platforms. I have no chance of killing Hell mode if I use Vampire, that only hits 90% damage x 4 and has a delay of over a second at fastest(2) =/
Jewel seems easy though, the platform is tiny so every attack can reach, so that'll just be a matter of throwing money at him and then holding down the attack button.
Hm I would say that if you have a snowball's chance in hell of solo'ing the thing, time won't ever be a problem. You'll easily have more than 20 minutes to kill the eyes. I'm not sure how much vampire + asura when it's off CD would do, but if it can do the job in 20 minutes, it's still viable. If not, you can make a ranged person make him face their way and then attack from the other direction (you'll still get hit by demon cry).
DISCLAIMER: THIS PART IS IS COMPLETE THEORYCRAFTING:
I'm kind of talking out of my ass on this one but the way his first head works (I'm a ranged class, but stay in melee range on the first part) works is it turns to you but there's a delay. If he decides to attack during that delay he stays the way he's facing. Maybe you could try alternating sides fast enough that he'll do that and attack the wrong way like the first form (obviously you still get hit by demon cry) but at least that's half of the attacks gone.
Also, I can dodge the arm uppercuts with legendary spear and my friend does it with the xenon's diagonal jump move. Maybe you can bloodystorm to dodge the hand.
There's also a rhythm to his attacks. Like after he does an attack he doesn't normally do another one extremely quickly. So perhaps you can default to vampire asura and then when you see him do some move, FJ in for a couple PB's then get back on the ledge and continue vampiring.
Unfortunately my DB friends haven't come along with me yet so I can't give you real advice.
