MegaMawile seems like it's fine, though I have little experience. Moving on..

Salamence

Bulky Starmie, aw yeah. Nothing wrong with that.

Crobat

Since Starmie is a little bulkier on the defensive side, and Salamence/Normal Mawile both have Intimidate, Chansey might be a nice fit to your team. Doesn't offer any resistances, but its bulk is enormous when equipped with Eviolite.
