Pokémon X and Pokémon Y

I found out a good way to get a Drizzle Politoed.

Find a Poliwhirl from a horde and catch it.
Super train it with Speed or level it a bit.
Find a Poliwhirl horde and use Rain Dance.
Try attacking and see if any Poliwhirl out speeds you.
If one attacks you before you can, it has Swift Swim, which turns into Drizzle when evolved to Politoed.
Kill everyone except that one and catch it.

Voila, now I can try using a Rain strategy, also got the cutest frog ever.
