I made my Wind Archer and Thunder Breaker on Thursday. Got WA to 141 and TB to 45.
Wind Archer: I love it. The attacks feel great, I feel a great sense of control when I play it, thanks to Wind Walk. (I want Wind Walk on ALL my characters!) Also, Sentient Arrow is a great skill; I use it to lure monsters to the center of Link 3 without having to move. It's also great for maps where complete control of the map from one position is just out of reach, like Red-Nose Pirate Den 2. WA makes training there and other places like it more low-maintenance, but without the monotony of holding only one button down.
Thunder Breaker: Where Wind Archer makes me feel in control, Thunder Breaker makes me feel like I can't get to that point. I'm talking mostly about their combo system, where skills are supposed to go fluidly from one to the other, reducing delay. No matter how I try to get the timing right so far, the times where delay is actually reduced are seemingly random and I can't figure out how to get consistent with the combos. Otherwise, the skills are beautiful and I like the class; I just feel like I'm not playing it to its potential. (I started this after my Wind Archer was already third job, and there were times I reached for Wind Walk to make it easier to play.. and forgot I didn't have it.
