I watch a top diamond streamer named mahyar and a challenger support player Bubbadub when I have time, you can also watch youtube videos on fissfortune/fissfortune red's channel. Basically people commentating their games helps you a lot when you have time regardless of who they are. There are many things to learn and even where I am right now (gold 2), I don't think I am a very good player as compared to sharkboy and my adc is horrible. The only role that I can play really well isn't even the roles, it's the champs. I can play hecarim/sejuani/wukong well where as anything else I play at a silver level maybe at best except for janna but I haven't really practiced her at all recently.
For some top/mid tips I can give you:
be aggressive, you need to know how much damage your champ does and hopefully know how to play your champ well, by being aggressive I don't mean tower dive and be stupid. I mean learning how to trade properly. Know things like how much minion aggro you going to take, how you might be able to poke them for free damage to come out on top of trades.
For jungle tips, I can tell you:
gank early, the meta right now is basically double buffs>gank. You don't even clear other camps unless there is no lanes to gank. A lot of people at low elo ends up spending too much time in the jungle providing no map control whatsoever, you should also plan out your jungle paths instead of going for the typical blue>red start. For example if their top is immobile and you are on the blue side, instead of going from blue>red. you can go red>blue>gank top. Another example is if their jungler is like nunu/lee sin/shaco. You might want to start red instead of blue because they can invade you easily.
If you want to go for more advanced, you should give top a gank early always and never go there again unless you just happen to pass by maybe, because the early objective is drag, by giving your top a early advantage they should hopefully be able to handle it on their own and you can take drag early once you get a kill at bot or help your mid so they can actually roam and become what's suppose to be a second jungler. Ganking top is the easiest but yields the least rewards. Even now I barely even visit top anymore because It's the furthest away and can hurt my team even more if their jungler is smart and kill bot/force drag. Okay I got top and tower, but they got a free drag and maybe a tower as well and they got 2 kills instead of 1.
Most importantly, don't gank lanes with no kill potential. If you are ganking let's say a kassadin and your laner is a nidalee. You should make the kassadin a very miserable person before lvl 6 and never visit him again after lvl 6. If your laner is behind in cs and underlvled, it makes no sense to gank them either. I don't mean like they died once and has 10 less cs. I mean if they are like 3 lvls behind and has like 30 less cs. Don't even visit them. Don't care about how much they cry, it's not going to do anything for you and just wastes your time. You should eventually determine when you might have a kill potential and when you don't as you keep on playing.
Builds:
try to switch up builds. Even sharkboy tries new builds from time to time, there is no one build for anyone and even as a gold player, I need to improve my builds from time to time. If something doesn't work, don't stick to it. Try to see what's wrong and even ask questions about it. Make sure you have a clear reason why you are building it and think if there is something better.
For example:
you built a berserke, botrk,bf sword, hexadinker, heading for hurricanes next, but why? I can understand the berserke/botrk/hexadinker/bf sword. But why hurricanes? You have really no crit yet, hurricanes is only good if you have your core ready as you don't do much damage without a IE+PD+LW. If you need to push, you sort of already have explosive shot to help with it and if you really need that extra pushing power. SS would be better. I saw no reasons to build hurricane in this situation, but you should know why you built it.
Another trist game you build ionian boots and a trinity force? But why, if you wanted quick procs for trinity then why not play carries like ezreal/corki, trist is basically a full on auto attacker and less of a caster. Trinity force doesn't really work well with her because her cds are long and can't proc sheen well. Again if you have some reason why you built it you should know.
