It would look as bad as the 1024x768 resolution does now on screens that are exactly 768 pixels high. i.e., must move the window frame off screen if you want to see the bottom of the display, no room for taskbar if you happen to like it visible. (And the 1366 width means you can't put the taskbar on the side, either)
Use full-screen. Why would you want to do anything but Maple anyway?
