Is Marvel Machine bugged now? -.-

So I bought some marvel machine spins today and this happened:

I entered the codes for "Use Tab 4 Slot Coupon" 2 times and they gave me 1 Super Miracle cube instead each time
I entered the code for "Unique Meso Sack" and it gave me a Surprise Style Box
I entered the code for "Chaos Scroll of goodness 50%" and it gave me a Special Bonus Potential Scroll instead

I'm scared to enter any other code now because I have a terminus dagger and a tyrant warrior cape left to redeem, among other things...

I have:

Logged out and logged in to the site several times
Refreshed the Coupon Vault several times
