Shockwave is 330% and Dragon Strike 400%. I dont know why snatch doesnt have the same range as Shockwave btw, but that must be Nexon logic...
Why don't I ever see it used in vids?
Anyway, I actually tried spamming max Snatch on my Pserver, and it was quite powerfull, but don't forget it will cost you 30 SP's to max, and you can max Demolition or Dragon Strike instead of it too...
Most people prefer Dragon Strike because of it's extra range (Max DS is VERY - VERY good at newties / skeles) and always-spammability (no transform/ec needed).
Just dont forget that you need to max Super Transform, Demolition, Time Leap, Wind Booster and Barrage asap, that's why most people leave snatch at lvl 1...
