KMST 1.2.487 Dual Blade and Cannon Shooter changes

Percentage-wise, it isn't really a buff to Cannon Barrage. The delay increase makes it slightly weaker than before, and it only becomes a buff when you hit the speed cap. The PDR might make up for the decreased skill percentages.

Fast (5) of 780 ms = 2660%
Fast (5) of 1140 ms = 2632%

Faster (2) of 630 ms = 3294%
Faster (2) of 900 ms = 3333%

Both comparisons are without factoring Hyper Skills.

Is it possible to do speed (4) and (3) as well just for comparison?
