"all scrolls will succeed" enhancements

Scrolled Yesterday after the Server check.


I doubt that MEEs will work on them because AEEs, 2/3/5 stars can still explode these items.

I heard that if it has 1-50 weapon attack it gives 1 attack each star right? Or does this only apply for weapons? So we gain attack randomly from EE right?
