There's nothing to correct. Therein lies of the code of conduct nothing that says you cannot trade legitimate mesos for legitimate NX.
REAL world trading is a legality issue.
Oh, of course they've done false bans. Corporations that are solely in it for the money and have no moral guidelines whatsoever have always falsely banned others.
I think I saw somewhere in there along the lines of this: "By agreeing to ____ you hereby accept that you dismiss your moral rights blah blah blah". I've never met a more money hungry company than Nexon, however, yes, I still play it.
I never thought and never will think they made the game perfectly. I'm actually pretty astounded at how smart they are. It used to be less of an NX based game but they changed that completely. Making 70% and 30% scrolls with chances to destroy items.
Making VEGA scrolls to enhance your % success. Making hammers to upgrade your slots. Making protection scrolls. Making it so the EE scrolls get only slightly useful but have a higher chance of failure the more you use them. Hyper rocks, expansion to inventories, a hell of a lot more untradable items that need to be Sok'd or Psok'd. Potential, bonus potential. You name it. They've done a fine job of sucking in cash. And like you said, even though they don't give two flying poops about you, we still buy NX.
But even if people have had a duped item and were unaware, it still qualifies as legitimate since you had absolutely no idea nor could you possibly have.
I have played absolutely legitimately within reasonable bounds.
So in technicality, no not everyone is following the ToS to the T. However, let's give an example. I rule the world and I say you're only allowed to walk a certain way. It's a stupid rule and people aren't going to follow it because it's a stupid rule.
