for air cooler units what i recommend are in price tier wise:

~30$ NZXT respire T40 (despite the popularity of the CM212+, 140mm tower should work better)
~50$ Phanteks single tower cooler. whats nice about phanteks is that they offer them in different annodized colors, red, blue, white, black and orange
~70$ the most trusted cooler, the Noctua D14H 2011 despite its odd colors, it has some of the best silent fans and performance to sound in the market

for the GPU

go gigabyte if you want the 50$ lower price tag, go EVGA if you want better customer service and warranty in the U.S. EVGA arguably has the best service.

Yeah those colors are definitely offputting... I'll go with the Phantek. And I guess I'll get the gigabyte since I'm outside the US anyway. Thank you SO much for all your help! n_n
