I asked a girl I knew what a good name would be and she asked me someone I liked in a video game and I said Barney Calhoun from Half-Life and she said BluCalhoun because you play as Barney in Half-Life Blu Shift.

A friend of mine at school started calling me Mr. Twisp but that was taken on Yahoo and Gmail so I added F4 and voila.

MegaMan Battle Network series was my favorite game series at the time and I was super interested in the Boktai lore and Dark Boy Sabata was my favorite character in those games so I mixed the two together.
