I'm going to add a part, explaining the actual run & what happens before/ after it, to my topic if I'm not busy. (Probably gonna take a few weeks.)
To answer you; It depends on the guild you're buying from. (I'd ask them, lol.)
You usually finish these quests quite a while before you actually run since the time frame might be too short otherwise. The guild will most likely add you in a party right before the run and door you up to the Zakum squad sign-up-map.
