Well, I'd much perfer it was Heat Man's power up over rush adapter. It its the only power up in classic megaman that can be charged for a stronger attack. Make him charge a big ball of fire and drop it on the center of the stage for a big explosion. Thats one unique smash as of right now.
And the more I think about it, the more the truck full of fruit and flowers for Villager sounds like a good idea. Imagine you driving back and forth running over other players with that little smile. It sure fits perfectly the psycho concept everyone has of it.
