You shouldn't be able to do MP in anything but the third door. When you graduate to a new ticket tier, you can't use old tickets. I literally just did stronghold and Twilight Perion on my 200 with a friend who is 186. You should be able to do anything in the third door but not the others. Is it a case that you are 201 and can't enter the other parts? If that's true then that is definitely an issue. Hopefully it gets fixed along with other places that are capped at 200.
