Look on the upside. Knowing Nexon, they very well may have done or considered doing (using your example of 4 lots of 30%):
300% boss PDR - 30% PDR - 30% PDR - 30% PDR - 30% PDR = 180% PDR remaining.
Then we'll be screwed even harder
