they need to use their database backup to put everything back in there.

That's assuming they even do backups regularly, and especially before big patches. (Which, for an MMO company, they better be f'ucking doing.)

I can still see a few hiccups with this (mostly with NX, re: NX bought during/after the patch and cards redeemed), but those are easily dealt with. A storage complete rollback better be pineappleing happening.

EDIT: A storage rollback alone won't do it. I put my equips in the storage this morning, and if only a storage rollback is done then those items are gone forever (since I took them out of my character).

For the love of God, just do it.
