KMST 1.2.480 Adventurer Revamp and Skill Changes

The next KMST patch should include the supposed new tutorial/storyline for Adventurers seeing as how their are so many Chief Stans placeholder NPCs and Black Mage stuff everywhere.

Storyline was added in this patch. All the NPCs show up as Chief Stan because they have been using a new type of system for displaying NPCs that are based off of in-game characters, just like at Crimsonwood Citadel. In game they show up fine.
