Nothing but your primary stat (for some jobs), skills and weapon will change but you will keep EVERYTHING else. I'd say 500m for new skills is NOTHING compared to what you obtain.

As the game progresses, stupid things like the price you're forced to pay for PSoKing everything (even worse in KMS with their limited scissor counts) get ironed out and those of us that experienced them in the past always suffer. I'm positive that this system isn't going to be as cheap and easy as it seems when it hits the live server. We still don't even know what the price is for switching jobs in the first place! Just like everything else in the RED Patches so far, they're going to balance this out soon, and if they don't, you can sign me up for the pineapple them for this system camp.
