Dota2 to be released in july

Dota 2 will be formally released later this summer, prior to the Internatinoal tournament in August.

I imagine this essentially means:
Finished tutorial.
No more beta invites.
More stable servers so they can handle the massive influx of players.

It's obviously a correlation though, and not a rule. But i find it to be somewhat accurate.
