It should do.
>Open up Steam.
>Go to Liabrary
>Click add game on the bottom left hand corner-ish and select add non steam game
>Locate MapleStory folder and find file named "nxsteam"
>Add it to your steam games.
You should now be able to log on through Steam and it will record your hours too.
You can only link one MapleStory account to your Steam account though, so you won't be able to log onto mule accounts using Steam.
