There are multiple possibilities here. Either the dark Triforce in the logo is just for show (unlikely), the dark Triforce is somehow related to Demise (possible), or the dark Triforce just represents the return of the Dark World (highly possible). Maybe the Triforce gets absorbed into darkness, recreating the Dark World?

Could just be a mirrored form of the Triforce. Darkness and Light are required for balance, so it's possible a ''negative Triforce'' exists because it MUST exist. That's pretty much how the original Link to the Past was if I'm not mistaken. Dark World wasn't the ''Light World'' in the apocalyptic future, but rather its own realm that represented the exact opposite of what the ''Light Realm'' was.

Triforce brings balance to the Light World. Dark Triforce is the balance for the Dark.
