How is Arrow Blaster any more tedious than Hurricane? You just hold the key and it shoots.
Fatal status effects refer to Seduce, Zombify, Stun, Transform, Dark Tornado, etc. Non-fatal are Darkness, Seal, Curse, Slow, Poison.
It's just in the effect that you need to adjust the angles that the skill attacks, for optimal damage you'd just wanna be as close as possible to not miss any of the hits. Much like that one luminous skill I can't remember the name of but it hits completely horizontal to begin with.
