I'm starting to get almost sure of this now. They haven't touched hypers yet because they'll make hypers 5th job skills.
Hypers always kind of had a tag saying, "Take this, cause we got lazy working on 5th job" or "Take this while you wait for us to finish 5th job" anyway.
