why not? it would give BM's a pretty interesting party mechanic in holding aggro AWAY from the party, considering they don't add much else besides SE, it sounds like a nice thing (that is, if it works, no clue if it does on empress and minions)
besides, archers are squishy enough already, having half the monster attacks go the other direction means more time being able to focus on DPSing
