A lot of teams aren't willing to expand their styles to cover too many different heroes and will force certain ones on people (Dyrus doesn't play Malphite with TSM etc). It's probably more of an issue with bot lane synergy, like how Doublelift didn't mesh well with any of CLG's supports that weren't Chauster. Teams are going to be competing to have Edward on their roster though.
