Why is everyone worried about unlimited?

It's kind of like the no delay hacks people used before, but I think it only works with mob skills.

No it's very different. It unleashes the damage you would be doing if you had hit the maximum targets with your attack, but onto one target, multiplying your damage by up to 15 times for some skills.
