Many of the bosses had their HP nerfed immediately following the implementation of Unlimited in the live server, or some time around that.

It was originally 126b, btw, which would've been 4x her HP + 35 heals. And Evo Empress is exactly half the HP of normal Empress post unlimited, which is exactly her HP + 35 heals now.
