Your premise is flawed. Equality would require equal treatment and judging by equal standards, not just equal rights, therefore feminism remains relevant much the way affirmative action did not magically make the problems of race go away (and actually exacerbated them in some regards).

I meant equality before the law, equal treatment or standards makes the question different. I shouldve wrote the question clearer
