70 Defense? What the pineapple?

The game does have stat caps...right?

They do but it's complicated. A parent can alter the caps, for example, donnel gives a ridiculous high luk cap, (52 for most classes), HP is 80, etc. etc. However +2 skills, +10 limit breaker and pairings, break the cap. I have like 53 defense, but with +2 and nowi it breaks 70.

In the final mission all snipers have 80 speed if I recall.
