No, it's not an April Fool's joke, although some might consider the prices laughable, behold the wonder of one of the earlier attempts at making T-Shirts and/or other merchandise available to you guys on demand -

The shirt quality is inferior to what the shirt drive produced. I bought one to test and the lack of white ink really made it less impressive, unless you get it on a white shirt so you can't tell. The other stuff might actually be fair and decent value, I've no way to judge since I am not buying a truckload of everything for myself, but some of you may be interested.
