Yeah, the four merged servers count as one server in every way except for logging in. Leviatha people are screwed though, only having 4 character slots VS the 16-18 that merged server players have.
I think the 'pro bonus' for capping characters is something like 5% additional EXP per character. Definitely not as high as 10%, or else with my 11 capped characters, I'd essentially be having double EXP all the time.
