Currently Airing Anime

After watching what's been aired so far of Robotics;Notes I would give it around 8/10. Defintely a great show although it lacks some of the "IMPACTOOOOOOOOOO" (drama, comedy, and characters aren't as awesome as in SG) that the previous one had. However I am willing to give it more right now if someone explains this to me:

Was the whole tale about the sun dying and the 4 greatest solar storms always "propaganda"?. Was it all caused by Kimijima Kou with the help of the committee all along? The aurora and the monopoles using the EGI system, the fake catastrophies using the NoaH, the robotics malfunctions during the 15' crash and later, conceiving Gunvarrel and making it a great hit as a mean to deceive the public later on... I mean, if he really caused all of that, it has to be one of the most elaborated and "realistic" plans ever implemented in anime, not to mention one of the biggest mindblows I've seen. The only reason he wouldn't be challenger for best anime villain is because we havent seen him enough.
