The adoption process is honestly retarded. It costs like 6 grand to even apply to adopt, a long goddamn list for majority of the children unless they have a severe mental issue, or are late teens. Then there's scammers in other countries who will essentially string you along, then for whatever made up reason deny the ability to adopt. There's blackmarkets for children that have been abducted, then attempted to be sold through orphanages.
