I think that Luminous' range is still bigger. according to the extractions, the range of Luminous' teleport is 300 horizontal and 500 vertical. For a Battle Mage, the teleport is like.. 100 horizontal and 80 vertical or something pomegranate like that, and 120 and 100 maybe with Teleport Mastery.
Hyper Skill adds 100 range I think, so while the range is doubled it is still not as good as Luminous.
And even Luminous does not compete with Kanna, who has a beastly 400 Horizontal and 975 vertical range. sheesh.
EDIT: My mistake, Battle Mage is 150 Horizontal and Vertical I think, with Teleport Mastery increasing it to 170. Hyper skill would be 270. So it's quite close horizontally.
