Unfortunately at the moment, the only thing available to scroll your fans with are the 50%s.
Might be able to browse the monster book (to see if drops were changed) for mobs that would drop specific scrolls for the fan, but other than that... There is nothing from the Sengoku/azwan shop or anything else.
