It really isn't. It just used to involve an arena/letting bosses heal instead of whatever Khaniwest is doing. Clearly he needs to man up and do lunatic the hardcore way without using any of the DLC.

Meh, I remember I grinded the arena the first time I played through Blazing Sword.

The rest of the game became too damn easy, so I tried never to overdo that again...
