Did you mean "Advanced Combo - Reinforce"? I'm pretty sure that's the only one that would actually be "additive"...
10% per orb base + 2% bonus per orb = 12% x 10 orbs = 120% with 10 orbs (20% bonus)
vs.
10% per orb base x 2% bonus per orb = 10.2% x 10 orbs = 102% with 10 orbs (2% bonus)
The same should apply to "Advanced Combo - Boss Killer" I believe.
