Is it a .2% modifier to the skill, or does it literally just add 20% to the description damage?
ex: Max Monsters Hit: 6, Number of Attacks: 5, Damage: 220%, Critical Hit on final attack - normal
Max Monsters Hit: 6, Number of Attacks: 5, Damage: 240%, Critical Hit on final attack - reinforced
a follow up question: whichever the answer is, is this how reinforce works for all skills(either a modifier or 20% damage to the damage) or are some different from others?
