KMST 1.2.471 - Wind Archer 4th Job

They have 65% Critical Rate, like every other archer, except they don't get 100% Critical on dodges.

They do, however, have +155 WATK total if you have Second Wind active, 140 without.

Is that like before beginner's skills(cyngus bless & allanice) or including them? But 155attack is like having a second bow for stats.
