If you're speaking about the site that releases the trainer, the owner of it mentioned that it would take a while for the case to reach the court. I saved what he said regarding the legal action hoping that he'd pay for his apathetic attitude. This was about a year ago

just know that we are not closing down, this is just one of many Nexon's threats of shutting us down
over the years, simply because we are getting too popular.
these civil cases usually takes a year before it actually goes to a judge and finishes all paperworks
but we do need all the support we can get from our community.
Definitely not some panicking idiots going around the forums and spreading fake rumors of us going down.
