Violation of the United States Constitution, Obama is disarming America.

I might regret saying this but I believe that restricting certain weaponry to the general public, and making it so that people that use a gun to only defend themselves can get their hands on one, plus having to prove they would be the only ones with access to such weapon is the way to go.
Having guns around just for your bullied kid to pick when things get out of control should not be something that can happen every month on any country.

Also, saying that it's a tyranny might be going too far.
