Well that certainly sucks for your first player versus player game, you should add me on steam if you want someone to play with occasionally.
People who smurf tend to be quite arrogant, atleast the match-making is very volatile for the first few games so if a person is playing on a smurf they'll quickly return to a higher level of match-making.
